Southern light from the wall of windows is spectacular but there is also space for all your equipment. The bathroom is huge with room for several make-up artists and space for wardrobe. There is a mod lounge area and a work station featuring a vintage steel desk large enough for multiple work stations and craft service.

 

Gallery shows have over 80 ft of hanging space. It's ideal for a fashion show -- picture a runway through the middle and seating on either side. Films look amazing projected on one of the giant white walls. Utilize our furniture or clear the space entirely and use your imagination...

 

For a shoot or event we’re here to help. There are amazing catering options from fine dining and organic to barbecue and taco trucks. Tables, chairs and expendables are close by as is sound equipment and lighting. We know all the LA prop houses for furniture or specialty rentals so if you need a theme for your shoot or event or just a few items, it’s covered.

 

Samy's Camera is approximately 15 minutes away and loading/unloading equipment or art is as easy as pulling a truck into the space through the roll-up door. There is free parking directly in front of the space and across the street.
